MEANING

A digital servo parameter is set incorrectly. The control reads a motor/encoder parameter that is not valid for the axis.

POSSIBLE CAUSES

Wrong motor code, wrong encoder resolution, parameter loss after battery change, faulty restore from backup, shift in the axis parameter block.

CHECK SEQUENCE

1) Read which axis from the alarm detail screen. 2) Compare motor code and encoder parameters with the manufacturer list. 3) Diff against the last parameter backup. 4) Check battery and storage state. 5) Power-cycle after the correction.

DO NOT

Do not change parameters by trial and error. Do not write servo parameter blocks without a backup. Do not disable the axis interlock to bypass the alarm.

Have the alarm screenshot, parameter backup, last maintenance record and battery change date ready.
