KINEMATICS

Rotary table B axis −5° / +110°, C axis 360° continuous. The table-table structure makes fixture height critical; the work envelope narrows as the B angle grows.

CAM INTELLIGENCE

TCP is supported via TRAORI. The singularity occurs around the C axis near B ≈ 0°; tool axis smoothing is recommended in simultaneous finishing. The retract plane must be defined in part coordinates.

FIXTURE ENVELOPE

A low-profile 5-axis vise is preferred. With a tall fixture the practical B-angle limit shrinks — verify against the manufacturer document.

POST NOTES

Rotary limits and shortest-path logic must be defined in the post. If the C-axis unwind strategy does not match the retract, an unexpected rotation occurs.

This record is a technical reference. Verify against the machine and control manufacturer's documentation; it does not replace the operator safety procedure.
